Barry McGee Print Released

Iconoclast just released a Barry McGee print, which was published at the exhibit “Beautiful Losers: Contemporary Art and Street Culture” in 2004. It comes in a limited run of 200 prints. They are all numbered and signed by the artist and available now for 1′500 USD.

Buy Me Love Exhibition by INSA

Insa recently opened his “Buy My Love” exhibition at Glasgow’s Recoat Gallery. Doing it like no other, Insa incorporated his trademark palette into a series of PVC and mural works. Heres a couple of pics from the show.

Banksys Wall Gets Sold on Ebay

While some still argue it’s graffiti, urban art is reaching new levels because of an enigmatic English artist known as Banksy, who we have featured several times on Trend Hunter.

One of his pieces in on eBay now for $407, 587.47 (subject to change.) The deal with this piece, however, is that the winner has to remove the entire wall and haul it off. The experts are watching the auction with much interest because it could solidify Banksy as a bonafide artist.

“It is a demonstration of the changing art market that the eyes of the art world are on eBay eagerly watching the sale of a wall gratified by Banksy,” Bobby Read an art expert told The Times. “This sale confirms Banksy as a modern-day cross between Michelangelo and the Scarlet Pimpernel.”

Kaws X Sponge Bob Square Pants

Here we have a painting that Kaws did of Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants.

CLOT x OriginalFake x Shu Qi

OriginalFake showcases their latest work, a collaboration with Taiwanese actress Shu Qi. The design shows the softcore porn star turned actress with the Kaws Bendy character.

INSA Project

Graffiti Artist INSA just finished his latest project, a wholecar in East London. The whole car was done “head to heel” no pun intended in INSA’s iconic heel all-over design.

BANKSY Hits NYC

Alife NYC did another collaboration with Krink. They now have Krink T-Shirts, designed by Krink permanent ink creator and artist/photographer Craig Costello—and the full assortment of Krink K-71 and EZ-Squeeze markers have been released in Alife stores last weak.

DASH X SNOW New Book

NYC artists Dash Snow’s new book titled “The End Of Living The Beginning Of Survival” is now available @ Colette. GQ Magazine did a very intriguing article on the two last year.

In the book the artists presents around 200 new collages. The 242 page book is now available for 90 Euros or around 180 USD.
