Addict opened its flagship London store last week. This coincided with the launch of the new range of their online store earlier this week. Since its beginning in 1994 with just four t-shirt prints, the brand has built up a huge range of products and a reputation for high quality production, clever detailing, good pricing and well-chosen artist collaborations. The new store continues Addict’s tradition of clean design and minimal branding with a smart fit-out in black, white and grey on two floors. Read on for more images of the store and last night’s launch party, plus a sneak peek at next year’s denim range (a limited advance run is available in-store now)…

The technology contained in BORBA Skin Balance Water (www.borba.net) is like that of nana technology. Available in “Clarifying”, “Age Defying”, and “Replenishing” formulas, BORBA water contains small microspheres impregnated with skin care ingredients. When orally ingested it works at the epidermal level to help treat skin from within and over time works its way to the outer dermis level to reportedly provide clearer, healthier skin.

Strato Cruiser Air Ship
October 26, 2007 · Leave a Comment
The Strato Ship was designed by Tino Schaedler and Michael J Brown. The luxury helium-filled airship contains a gourmet restaurant, a spa, a swimming pool, a resident DJ and lots of other amentities. As a fictional partnership with the SupperClub, Stratocruiser adds a new experience to the chain’s clubs, restaurants, ‘On location’ and ‘Cruise’ boats. Guests depart for a full day of spa treatments—massage, personal trainers, yoga classes and beauty care are on offer. The Stratocruiser offers “medium-haul” transits between the Supperclub hubs: transatlantic, transpacific, trans-american or Europe-Middle East routes. With spa, library, and private mini-offices available, the contemporary traveler who seldom has time for a cruise can transform an otherwise exhausting and ordinary journeys into a positive experience. As one would expect from the SupperClub, guest DJs inject a club flare after dinner with the option to party the night through or retire to ones private cabin to awake refreshed in the morning at ones origin.
Here is a list of the amentities.
A Rigid Airship Frame with Helium Chambers, Photovoltaic Cell Network, Retractable Polycarbonate Roof, Terraced Deck with Lap pool, SkyView Lounge, Main Atrium with Climbing Wall, EarthView Restaurant & Bar, Spa Treatment & Library, Private Suites, Kitchen & Staff Rooms, Captain’s Bridge, Gantryway, Propulsion, & a Bungee Jumping Platform

Fiskers Hybrid

This is what Fisker’s (italian brand car) forthcoming luxury plug-in hybrid will look like. The vehicle itself will be developed in conjunction with Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies, which reportedly hopes to aid Fisker in developing an entire line of “environmentally friendly premium cars.” If all goes well, the whip could make its North American entrance at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show, but as you can probably imagine, owning such a svelte looking ride won’t run you cheap. The company plans to crank out some 15,000 of these creations initially and fetch around $100,000 for each, but until we actually get the word that people are taking delivery, we won’t get too attached.

The luxurious Dunks are made of patent leather with details that play with the colors Black, Red and Gold. Special features of the model are the use of 3M ScotchliteTM and a checkered midsole. Another special element of the shoe is the Zoom cushioning that is normally used in Nike SB Dunks.
The Dunk comes together with a “Be True”-Shirt, a suitcase trolley and a special Dunk Hoody and will be given only to one hundred carefully selected guests on the occasion of the MTV Music Awards in Munich. The personal hand over will take place at Nike’s Dunk Studio – a temporary studio space located in Munich’s Glockenbach neighborhood.
The studio showcases the universe of this sneaker Icon from its first days to contemporary executions such as selected styles of the Nike Sport Culture Spring 08 Collection.
